Interior and Detail Design

Tendering and Valuation
Full services for the tendering procedure and valuation of contractor offers for projects.
Bioclimatic Design
Designing with consideration to the environment through bioclimatic design by identifying the ideal orientation of a building for minimizing consumption through natural sunlight and ventilation.
Permit Application/Acquisition
Full services for the procedure of application and acquisition of planning, building and final design permits
Supervision
Project management and monitoring, inspection and administration through to completion and owner occupancy, organization of official site meetings.
